SERVICE STANDARDS

Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your skincare appointment in order to complete your client consultation card (if it’s your first visit) and remove all make-up before arrival to allow maximum treatment time with your therapist.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Claire’s Beauty Salon requests all clients keep their therapist updated with any health issues or concerns as some of our treatments can be unsuitable for certain conditions.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Credit Card details will be required for all Group Bookings. Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to booking date. Please note your card may be charged if appointments are not cancelled within the required notice period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Claire’s Beauty Salon operates a 24hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price if you have not provided 24hrs cancellation notice.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Vouchers must be redeemed in full at time of appointment. Strictly Non refundable, this does not affect your statutory rights.
